Bridge repairs include replacing expansion joints, cleaning and painting of bridge steel elements at the expansion joints. To maintain traffic throughout the project, this project will include stage construction. Pavement striping and other miscellaneous items will complete the overall proposed improvement. The project is located on IL 251 (FAU 5454) over Kyte Creek, 0.6 mile north of IL 38 in Rochelle, Ogle County.
