| Description | The Wabash County Highway Department is inviting bids for supplies, and materials to be used during the year of 2023. The following terms and conditions apply to this invitation: Each Bidder must place his bid in an envelope showing the item number on the outside of the envelope. Each item bid on must be in a separate envelope. Two copies of each bid must be supplied. Evaluation criteria will include the following: inspection, testing, quality, workmanship, delivery, and suitability for a particular purpose.The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it determines such to be in the best interests of the County. |
