| Description | Project includes one (1) Base Bid that consists of improvements to Washington Park (East & West Side), Block 191.01, Lot 21 (East), Block 2, Lot 1 (West). The base bid includes overlay existing asphalt path, construction of concrete bump out pads with sitting benches, construct a bicycle concrete pad with bike rack, planting new landscaping and shade trees, installation of lighting foundations and conduits, the removal of tree stumps and upgrades to existing field house. Alternate Bid ‘A’ consists of repairing existing perimeter wall and painting of existing decorative iron fence on the east side along Palisade Avenue. Alternate Bid ‘B’ consists of the change in cost to use the Stone Veneer to match the retaining wall along Washington Park West on the frontage of Palisade Avenue in lieu of the Granite Thin Stone Veneer on the Field House Improvements in the Base Bid. | ||||||||
