Single Stream Recycling Processing Services

Provides weekly recycling, refuse and yard waste curbside collections for more than 14,300 residential homes (single family and townhomes) and recycling collections for City facilities. Listed below in Table 1 are historic tons of single stream recycling material collected curbside during each fiscal year. Historic data provided by the City is not a guarantee of future delivery quantities and quantities contained herein are for proposal purposes only. They represent the City’s best estimate of its requirements; the actual quantities may be more or less over time. For example, COVID stay-at-home restrictions resulted in increased tons collected from FY 2021. It is anticipated, but not guaranteed, that customer growth, program enhancements, and increased participation may increase the amount of materials over time; therefore Offeror(s) should demonstrate adequate capacity for current and future growth.
