Renovations and Additions to the NMMI Obstacle Course Phase I

Construct all the work contained in the Construction Documents so we have divided the bid package into a Base Bid/Bid Lot #1 and six (6) add alternates, Bid Lots 2 through 7. 1. Base Bid/Bid Lot 1:All work shown on the bid documents not specifically called out as Bid Lots #2 through #7 and includes but not limited to work such as; site work, moving poles and RR ties, site cleaning, relocating conexes, relocating chain link fencing, relocating/reorienting “B. Island hopper”, “P. Low Belly”, and “Q. Dirty Name”, demo and salvage of “Beams”, construction of “E. Liberator”, “C. Air Assault” and “F. Tube Nets”.
