| Description | Prospective firms shall file all documents necessary to support its submittal, as prescribed. Attn: Purchasing Manager. No vendor's conference is scheduled. An RFP review team will determine conformity with the specifications and evaluation of other criteria. Upon the closure of the evaluation and negotiation, the evaluation team will recommend selection of a proposal to the County Manager and the Board of Commissioners for final approval at their next subsequent regular meeting. The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is an equal opportunity procurer.
