Description

This project involves the renovation of an existing asphalt parking area as well as construction of new vehicle parking and associated pedestrian walkways. Construction activities will include site grading and excavation, asphalt milling, asphalt paving, asphalt base repair, signage and line striping. Alternate bid items will include demolition of an existing structure along with utility and site work to support the installation of a prefabricated restroom structure.
