**As of March 18, 2020, project has been cancelled at this point of time.** This is an invitation to submit a statement of qualifications to supply Effingham County, Georgia with the professional services as specified herein Effingham County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or any and all submittals that are non-responsive or not responsible. Additionally, Effingham County Board of Commissioners has the right to waive any technicalities or informalities. Effingham County may issue change orders altering the original scope of work to address changes or unforeseen conditions necessary for the project completion. Instructions for the preparation and submission of a statement of qualifications are contained in the request for qualifications package. If you do not submit a statement of qualifications, please return the no-bid sheet and state the reason. Any questions that arise after the pre-submittal conference must be made in writing and must be received at the office of the Purchasing Agent no later than 5:00pm (Eastern Time), Wednesday, February 12, 2020.
