Description

Location: 960 9th Street South and 825, 845, 855 and 875 10th Avenue South. Plans call for the demolition of the existing buildings and construction of 8 two-story single-family residences. On June 8, 2023, the project received conditional preliminary design review approval from the Naples Design Review Board. The project still needs site plan approval from the City of Naples.
