The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to replace six rooftop, gas fired, DX cooled, package AC units including new Pelican controls. Replacement units shall be equivalent or better than existing units. Contractor shall connect units to existing ductwork, electrical, and natural gas for heating. Units are located on the main building at Bridge Street Elementary School, 500 Bridge Street, Yuba City, CA 95991, consisting of pods Bid(10%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%) DVBE 3% The Districts Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful Bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) calendar days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law no Bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the Bid opening. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: B - GENERAL BUILDING and/or C-20 Request for Information by March 9, 2023 by 4:00 p.m.
