Description

Mechanical Contract $600,000 Bid Alternate 1 $75,000 Bid Alternate 2 $80,000 Replacing antiquated HVAC systems and controls. The HVAC systems will be replaced with new equipment of similar capacities compared to the existing equipment. Equipment replaced will include seven (7) indoor fan coil units and associated outdoor condensing units, and perimeter finned tube heating water control valves. A new natural gas service will be installed for the addition of a new emergency generator.
