Description

This Annual Service Requirement, if placed, shall be Firm and Valid from the Execution of a Contract for Three (3) Years and may be Renewed for up to Two (2) Additional, Two (2) Year Periods, Upon Mutual Consent. The Services of a Qualified and Experienced Debris Management Services Company to Provide Disaster Debris Clean-up and Other Related Services. the Successful Contractor Shall Provide All Supervision, Labor, Equipment, Tools, Materials, Facilities and Supplies for the Management of Debris Resulting From, Without Limitation, Catastrophic Events Such as Tornadoes and Hurricanes. Services May Include, but Are Not Limited to, Collecting and Removing Debris From the Public Rights-of-way, Streets and Roads, Processing Debris Including Sorting, Grinding, Mulching and Disposing of Debris at Designated Sites, Establishing and Operating Temporary Debris Staging and Processing Sites and Assisting the City With All Federal and State Reporting and Reimbursement Efforts. the City Has a Disaster Debris Removal Monitoring Services Firm Under Contract to Assist With All Operational Services During a Declared Event.
