Description

Renovating an outside area to remove a curb and expand the driving lane area at 1901 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043. 1. Remove approx. 70’L x 4’ W X Unknown Depth of sidewalk and curb (Concrete will be 4000psi with number 5 rebar) 2. Build a 70’ L x 7’ W x 8” T concrete pad with a 70’ L x 15” T x 12” W Retaining Wall 3. Dispose of all debris 4. 80’ of curb will be removed and dirt will be leveled with rock added for trucks to have an extra turning radius by the drainage ditch 5. Build pipe fence 3’ tall and 250’ long 6. Gate repair - Main post will be reset straight; a wheel will be added to gate to reduce weight on post. Curb will be cut and dirt removed for gate to open past driving area. A second post can be installed to keep main gate post straight with a brace. A new 30’ pipe with more clearance will be installed to make easier to pull out and push in (pipe inside gate to cover entrance is bent and rusted). New grease inserts will be installed to grease gate 7. Any sprinkler/water pipe that is in area of construction will need to be relocated/removed if need be. 8. This is a turnkey project.
