Description

Project Location: Navajo National Monument Kootenai NF - Trout creek ranger station residential roof replacements Location: Trout Creek Ranger Station, 2693 MT HWY 200, Trout Creek, MT 59874. The station is approximately 60 miles east of Sandpoint, ID on Highway 200. Description of work: The work consists of removing the existing metal roofs, multiple layers of shingles under the metal, and felt underlayment, replacing damaged roof decking (if any), installing a new plywood roof deck, and installing a complete asphalt shingle roofing system. The work also includes the removal of the existing rain gutters, installing new sub fascia, metal facia, new gutters and downs spouts. The work will be performed on two or three of the rental residences located at the Trout Creek Ranger Station. The third residence is an optional bid item and will be awarded if we have adequate funding. Magnatude of project: $25,000 to $100,000 aNAVAJO NATIONAL MONUMENT (NAVA) REQUIRES THE REPLACEMENT OF THE VC DOORS AND REPAINT EXTERIOR. -PER ATTACHED SCOPE OF WORK, DRAWINGS. SITE VISIT: Site visit scheduled for: July 26th, 2022 at 10:00am Arizona Time. Meet in front of the Park Service Visitor Center at NAVA.
