Emergency Water and Sewer Repairs

The Contractor’s services will consist of providing emergency repair services for the excavation and underground repairs to The City of Warren’s Water and Sewer System. The following are the scope of services and City’s expectations: Routine work may include: 1. Mobilization 2. The contractor will be responsible for site and worker safety. 3. The contractor may be asked to provide barricades for traffic control. 4. The contractor must provide proper compaction. 5. The contractor must leave job site debris free, safe and the streets passable. 6. Repairing water, sewer and drainage piping and valves 7. Installing new fire hydrants 8. Install sanitary sewer 9. Installing new service laterals 10. Abandoning existing service laterals 11. Installing valves 12. Directional boring ? Replacing and installing manholes and other structures 13. Additional work necessary for completion such as dewatering, bypass pumping and other associated work 14. Steel and/or wood sheeting as required 15. Accessories, fasteners and/or components required to make items complete and functional 16. The contractor may dispose of non-contaminated spoils at Water Division yard.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Piping, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Force Mains, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Structures.
