| Description | All Bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw their bid after the actual date of the opening of bids. Contractors are required to submit qualification statements seven (7) days prior to bidding. The District will conduct a pre-bid conference at the place bids will be received, followed by an on-site examination of existing conditions, for the purpose of review of the bidding documents, bidding procedures and to receive Bidders' questions. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. |
