| Description | Work to be performed shall include all labor, equipment, materials, traffic control, mobilization fees, permits, and miscellaneous items necessary for the Blake Avenue mill and asphalt overlay project. The south section of Blake Avenue from 29th street to HWY 82 is currently under extensive work including but not limited to a new water line, concrete landing pads, new C&G, storm drain features and asphalt repairs. As part of this project the City of Glenwood Springs is looking for a single asphalt contractor to perform all the mill and overlay work on this section of Blake Avenue during the summer of 2021. The City will take delivery of all removed asphalt (milled only) at the City storage yard (rodeo grounds) located on Airport Road in. The contractor will not be charged “dumping” fees but will be responsible for all trucking. |
