| Description | NOAA is seeking a contractor capable of providing all personnel and equipment to conduct lawn maintenance services at the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory, Virginia Key, FL. This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for providing year-round lawn maintenance, including twice-monthly as well as annual requirements. The period of performance includes a base year and four option years. An image showing the extent of the maintained grounds is included, and is estimated to be about 4 ½ to 5 acres of the 12-acre total property. |
