| Description | Base Contract 1 A. Contract 1 consists of the installation of new sewer facilities and systems for the Ballston Lake Sewer District. B. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing 8" diameter PVC Gravity Sewer, 12" PVC gravity sewers, 6" diameter gravity service laterals, complete with appurtenant work and restoration. C. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing 2" diameter hdpe low pressure sewers, 3" diameter hdpe low pressure sewers, 4" diameter hdpe low pressure sewers, 5" diameter hdpe low pressure sewers, 6" diameter hdpe pressure sewers, 8" diameter hdpe pressure sewers and 1-1/4" diameter low pressure service laterals, complete with appurtenant work and restoration. D. The scope of work also includes installing the new Main Street sanitary sewer pump station. Contract 1 - Alternate 1 - Clifton Park Sewer E. The scope of work includes installation of 2", 3" and 4" diameter hdpe low-pressure sewers, structures and services complete with appurtenant work and restoration within the Town of Clifton park and as shown on the plans. Contract 1 - Alternate 2 - Side Streets Alternate F. The scope of work includes installation of additional low-pressure sewers, structures and services complete with appurtenant work and restoration on side streets along Pearce Road, Hickory Grove, McCormick's Lane, Waverly Road, Westside Drive and Lake Road as shown on the plans. Contract 1 - Alternate 3 - Extension to Shenentaha Park G. The scope of work includes installation of additional 8" diameter hdpe force main sewers, structures and services along Lake Road between Stonebridge Drive and East Line Road as shown on the plans. Contract 1 - Alternate 4 - Westside Drive Paving H. The scope of work includes installation of additional 1-1/2" top coat of asphalt paving on Westside Drive. Trenches shall be paved with binder under the Base Contract. Contract 1 - Alternate 5 - Lazur Road I. The scope of work includes installing 2" and 3" diameter hdpe pressure sewers and 1-1/4" low pressure service laterals, complete with appurtenant work and restoration on Lazur Road as shown on the plans. Contract 1 - Alternate 6 - SCSD spare parts J. The scope of work includes providing additional spare parts as outlined in the plans and specifications. Contract 1 - Alternate 7 - Additional Low-Pressure Sewers on Westside Drive K. The scope of work includes installation of a second hdpe low-pressure sewer pipeline within the proposed trenches along westside drive, that are to be constructed as part of the base bid, in order to route wastewater flow back to the proposed main street sanitary sewer pumping station. Work includes structures and changes in proposed service lateral connections to the additional pipeline. Base Contract No. 2 - Electrical A. Contract 2 consists of the installation of electrical systems and back-up generator required at the new Ballston Lake Sanitary Sewer Main Street Pumping station. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
