| Description | The removal and replacement of single-ply membrane roofing system in its entirety, associated flashing systems, metal parapet cap and/or edge flashing systems, replacing wet or damaged rigid roof insulation, installation of (4) new condensation roof. drains and removal and replacement of existing roof drain insulation sumps and addition of new ½” cover board of approximately 24,975 square feet (Contractor to field verify total area of work). Reworking of existing equipment curbs and raising existing mechanical roof top units, repairing & covering existing above roof refrigerant lines and providing a new roof hatch and safety railing are included in the project scope. Repair misc. exterior building items that have failed to ensure weather tight building envelope. |
