Renovation of a stadium in Edinburg, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium. Security bond in the amount of five (5%) of the proposal must accompany the proposal. Security bond shall be issued by an insurance company authorized to provide bonds on work in the State of Texas and shall be payable to the Owner. : The entity making the successful proposal will be required to provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the 5% bid bond. Proposals will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days The owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
