Description

New Constuction Project- Furnish all necessary labor, materials/supplies, equipment, services, and supervision necessary to accomplish all tasks for the completion of the work set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) to install and purchase a standby generator for Building 2 at the Lake Michigan Field Station (government owned facility). 100% Small Business Set-Aside per FAR Part 13 under the SAT. Firm Fixed Priced contract will be awarded per the tradeoff criteria in CAR 1352.213-70. Vendors must provide all documents listed in 1352.213-70 to be eligible for award. See attached full Construction Clauses and Provisions with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. New contract, no incumbent.
