Windows Replacement for the Lafayette Police Department

Install new white vinyl replacement windows for forty-one (41) openings. Windows configured as a combination of approx. 84"x 65" and 40"x 65" tall non-operating windows, as well as approx. 40"x45" operating slider windows; all units to include Low E glass, argon gas, and grey tinted glass. Includes demolition and removal of existing windows and frames; clean and prepare existing opening for new windows to be set in place; install new replacement windows including squaring and plumbing units then securing as required for proper attachment in existing opening. Installation to include aligning and adjustment of new units to ensure proper operation as necessary. Includes custom formed aluminum installed at exterior of existing openings if needed for proper protection against potential for air or water infiltration. Includes all equipment as needed for safe access of openings located on the upper level of the building. Includes fasteners and sealant as needed with clean job-site with proper disposal of debris upon completion.
