Public Work Phase III and Other Improvements - City of Elmhurst

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Elmhurst, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; detention facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project. Phase III of the construction of the PW Maintenance Facility budgeted for 2025 is for the relocation of the existing cul-de-sac to the south, construction of an open yard to stock pile materials, nonheated storage and required stormwater detention. As of June 22, 2022, this project is included in the City of Elmhurst FY 2022 - 2026 CIP and funding is allotted for 2024 and 2025. Construction is planned for 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
