| Description | The services that are requested will be as follows and will encompass three of the housing authoritys properties (151, 165 and 157 chambers bridge road): 1. Exterminate 165 and 157 chambers bridge road, for insects, on a bi-monthly basis and 151 chambers bridge road on a monthly basic *(266 units at three individual locations). all chemicals must be safe and non-toxic to the elderly residents and their pets. 2. Exterminate all common areas, compactor closets, utility rooms, offices, community rooms, kitchens, stairwells, corridors, elevator machines rooms, mechanical rooms and garbage compactor chutes and rooms, as needed. must exterminate the exterior perimeter of 157 chambers bridge road for termites during the spring of each year. |
