Description

As of August 18th, 2022, project has not been awarded. It is expected to be awarded sometime after September 15th. The work consists of site improvements with demolition; tree removal; environmental work; grading; drainage; soils management; utility work; paving; curb ramp replacement; granite slab wall construction; tree protection decking; new exercise equipment installation; new fencing, site furnishings and signage; new drinking fountains, installation of poured in place resilient surfacing and synthetic grass surfacing; planting and irrigation, installation of boulders, and installation of shipping container. CONTRACT DURATION: 244 consecutive calendar days from NTP to Substantial Completion. ESTIMATE: Approximately $4,282,999 LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% LBE
