This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Arlington, Texas. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information. The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract for asphalt repair work for the Arlington water utilities department. The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations. The receipt of solicitations through any other means may result in your receipt of incomplete specifications and/or addendums which could ultimately render your bid/proposal non-compliant. The City of Arlington accepts no responsibility for the receipt and/or notification of solicitations through any other means. Question Cutoff Date: 4/29/2022 06:00 PM (ET) Notice of Award May 2022 The City's MWBE goal, for this project is 30%. The City reserves the right to make a bid award to either one vendor or to multiple vendors, whichever is in the best interest of the City. If the award is made to multiple vendors, it will be either as one vendor being the primary vendor and the other vendor the secondary vendor, or both vendors awarded jointly.
