| Description | The City of Pomona is seeking informal quotes from qualified firms for replacement and repair of 2 rolled roofing covered areas. -Tear off old rolled roofing material and any damaged sheathing, fascia and drip edge, flashing on 2 roof surfaces, lower roof is approximately 15 ft X 30 ft. the higher roof is approximately 22 x 45 ft. - Replace all damaged sheathing, fascia, and drip edge as well as repair hole in stucco that was damaged when branch went through roof. Prime and paint new fascia and drip edge to match existing, with a suitable exterior primer/paint, skim coat the stucco after stucco repair for uniform finish/color.
