Bids are to be good for calendar year January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023. The Board reserves the right to determine which the lowest and best bid is and to accept or reject any part of any bid or any and all bids. The Board reserves the right to accept suppliers as primary and alternate. It is not the intent that these specifications limit the bidding to any make or manufacturer but rather to select such supplies to fulfill a specific task. Bids are to be good January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023. Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes with items bidding on being identified on the outside of envelope and signed by the vendor submitting the bid. Bid envelope must be marked Bid for January 1, 2023 Through June 30, 2023 Commodities. Bids may be withdrawn upon written notice received from the bidder prior to the time and date designated for the opening.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
