Pre-Qualified Contractors for City Wall Maintenance Projects SOJO

The City of South Jordan is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide timely repairs, maintenance, and replacement for masonry and precast walls throughout the City damaged by weather, accidents, normal wear, and other causes, on an as-needed basis. The intent of this solicitation is to receive a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), hourly rates, and staff capabilities from contractors. The City plans to select up to three (3) qualified Contractors, who meet a minimum pre-qualification score, to perform such duties. The City expects to retain up to three (3) contractors for one (1) year with up to four (4) annual renewals. The award of a contract does not guarantee any or all purchases. Awarded contractors will be given an opportunity to bid on City maintenance projects, with the lowest bidder being awarded the job. The City will also have emergency repair requests that are separate from general maintenance requests. Emergency repair requests will be awarded to the contractor that can respond most quickly or on a rotational basis. The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part. The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the Bid is not responsive, or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City
