RFQ Contractor - General Contractor Services

Pharr Housing Authority (PHA) is requesting qualification proposals from experienced HUD approved general contractors to provide complete construction services for a HUD221(d)4 multifamily complex. Late responses will not be accepted. Respondents are urged to allow adequate time for package deliveries to comply with deadline. Responses will not be opened or read publicly. Any response received after the submission deadline will not be considered and returned to sender unopened. Faxes or email submissions will not be accepted. The criteria for evaluating the contractors qualifications will be based on items set forth in the RFQ/P. An award will be made to the most responsive and responsible respondent which, in the judgement of PHA, best meets the current needs and long- term goals of PHA. Pharr Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals if its found to be in the best interest of PHA.
