Description

The County of Butte is seeking to purchase property with existing building(s), vacant land or build-to-suit (will be entertained) for the County to provide public services to the Town of Paradise. Please see RFI 03-23 for requirements, preferences and information regarding this Request for Information. Question Deadline 07/18/2023 at 5:00 PM Questions and requests for clarification may only be submitted by e-mail to the County Contact listed below or through the Public Purchase website. Verbal and phone inquiries will not be answered. All questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted no later than July 18, 2023 at 5:00pm. The County shall provide answers and clarifications by posting an addendum(s) through the Public Purchase website by July 24, 2023 at 5:00pm, so all Respondents receive the same, consistent information. It is the responsibility of all Respondents to access the website for this information. Questions received after July 18, 2023 will not be answered. 9,000 to 11,000 square feet of existing office space with ample parking,property that will accommodate a 9,000-11,000 square foot office space with ample parking. Parking for a minimum of 35 employees in addition to public parking The County reserves the right to alter any of the above requirements without further notice. The County reserves the right to request additional information from Respondents that have submitted a response to this RFI. The County reserves the right to reject any or all responses received if the County determines that it is in its best interest to do so.
