Flooring

Removal of and installation of flooring in our Elementary, Alternative School, and High School. The job will consist of removal of old flooring and installation of new flooring, school will take care of disposal of old flooring. The flooring is to follow the specifications listed below: 1. Armstrong Standard Excelon Vinyl Composition Tile for a total of 7767 sq.ft. 2. Cove Base Black 4” 850 ft. The following is the break down of rooms in each building;Elementary 3. Several Classrooms totaling 3390 sq. ft.Calais Alternative School 4. One classroom totaling 460 sq. ft.MS/High School 5. Classroom 598 sq. ft. 6. Room off of Library 506 sq. ft. 7. SPED room off Library 391 sq. ft. 8. Room 108 432 sq. ft. 9. Room 105 810 sq. ft. 10. Room 102 and storage area 972 sq. ft and 208 sq. ft. The High School Band Room will need installation of rubber type flooring. The room is 1800 sq. ft. 11. 1800 sq. ft. of 24”x24” interlocking rubber tiles ? thick 12. 240 Cove Base Black 13. Take up Carpet, School will take care of disposal of old flooring We would like two separate amounts for the tile flooring totaling 7767 sq. ft and the rubber type flooring for the Band Room.
