Description

Renovate the existing toilet facilities throughout the Town Hall. Town Hall was converted into a large public meeting room and administrative offices for the Town and Board of Education from a school (Jordan School) in 1983. Although some additional toilets facilities were created in previous years, the existing gang toilets are original. The goal is to provide code complaint toilet rooms that satisfy fixture count and accessibility throughout the entire building and to renovate each toilet facility with new fixtures, partitions and finishes. It is envisioned that waste and water supply piping will need to be inspected under the design phase to support the concept selected.
