Gateway Landscaping Improvements at the Intersection of Airport Drive and Williston Road

Contractors to install Landscaping Improvements on the northeast corner of Airport Drive and Williston Road. The improvements will be constructed on Airport-owned property, adjacent to the right-of-way. The improvements at this location are a permit requirement for the ongoing Terminal Integration Project (TIP), which is currently under construction. Duties required of the contractor include but are not limited to labor and materials to complete the following work: Dig Safe coordination, and communication with utility companies as required; Protection and avoidance of underground utilities, if needed; Provide traffic control as needed to deliver and remove equipment, materials, supplies, and waste; Vegetation removal and disposal, as described on the Plans; Grubbing and stockpile of existing topsoil; Site grading and import of clean fill material, as needed; Construction of masonry wall, as described on the Plans; Installation of new plantings, as described on the Plans; Topsoil, seed, and fertilize all proposed grass areas; Irrigation of grass as needed to achieve full growth; Construction layout; Clean and leave job site in a professional manner; All areas need to be verified by the proposer; Removal and disposal of all waste materials; All communication, scheduling and coordination with BTV and; Provide 1-year labor and materials warranty on all plantings (grass excepted) Tree Removal and Tree Protection
