Reconstruction of Giddings Avenue From Burton Street to Boston Street

This project consists of road reconstruction, water main and lead service replacement, minor storm and ADA upgrades. The City of Grand Rapids is seeking bids for Reconstruction of GIDDINGS AVENUE from Burton Street to Boston Street. DEPOSIT: 5%% of bid amount. This project is funded in whole or in part by a loan through the State of Michigan. As such, the contractors and subcontractors will be required to meet all additional requirements of the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) including but not limited to EPA's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program; Debarment/Suspension Certifications; and Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages. The City of Grand Rapids Micro-Local Business Enterprise Policy and the Bid Discount Policy applies to this project.
