| Description | The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain the services of a contractor that is licensed, qualified, and experienced in providing refuse and recycling collection services to the Town of Herndon, at specified sites, with a variable amount of refuse and recyclables to be collected on a variable schedule at each of these sites.
