| Description | Objective - The objective of this solicitation is to obtain competitive proposals for preventive maintenance of the Fire Alarm System and equipment located in the RRB HQ building at 844 North Rush Street, Chicago, IL 60611. The proposed preventive fire alarm system equipment maintenance shall meet the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) requirements to properly maintain and service the fire alarm system equipment. All work shall be performed during normal working hours. To maintain the equipment in good working order, Contractor certified, factory-trained technicians shall perform all preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with the OEM guidelines issued. The Statement of Work (SOW) in Section III below provides the requirements for the preventive maintenance services of the RRB's fire alarm system equipment. |
