CitiStats Room Upgrade

Vendor shall supply all products, system design services and labor required to install additional speakers, microphone and MS Teams conferencing capabilities to integrate new equipment with the existing system. The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Innovation and Performance, is soliciting bids for goods and services to update the 6th Floor Citi-Stats conference room to make it Microsoft Teams conferencing viable. Some cabling will be cleaned up and repurposed for the new hardware. Installation of New (non-plenum) cabling will also need to be run to connect and expand the system. Services need to include all cables, connectors, equipment shelves, rack hardware and other integration materials as needed and include commissioning services by manufacturer. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any irregularity in Bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary Bonds and Insurance Certificates. The City will award this project based on the City's discretion and may or may not include any or all bid alternatives. The City reserves the right to request clarification of any bid before bid award. The City reserves the right to reject, for any reason, any or all bids if it is in the best interest(s) of the City to do so.
