Description

The Contractor, to provide Air Conditioning Replacement Services to the Public Works Department in full accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions. Provide and replace (2) existing Trane units with Trane Model number TCD420B40A2CA1AB at the George T Lohmeyer Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 1765 S.E. 18th Street Fort Lauderdale Fl 33316. Work must be completed on 1 unit at a time. 1 unit will be left in operation at all times.
