New Highway Garage - Plumbing

**As of September 12, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. It is anticipated to be discussed on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 Board Meeting. The Project includes the construction of a - 10,000 square foot pre engineered metal building with all utilities provided. The Town of New Lisbon is an equal opportunity organization. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or waive any informality in the Bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the openings of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidders, prior to awarding the Contract. Provide equipment, labor, materials, services etc. to comply with confined space entry requirements. Provide site restoration for all Plumbing work
