Description

Bids cannot be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid opening. The City anticipates the contract will be awarded and the notice to proceed will be issued by early-June 2022. All work must be completed within FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN (515) calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. The City of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities in bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the City of Fairfield, Ohio to do so.
