Roof at Chase High School

1. Remove and dispose of existing BUR and TPO down to the existing concrete deck. 2. Remove and dispose of the base flashing from all vertical surfaces. 3. Remove and dispose of the exterior sheet metal from perimeters. 4. Remove and dispose of the existing roof drain and cover over with flat stock 22 gauge sheet metal. 5. Prep the existing concrete deck to receive new roofing system. 6. Fully adhere roof insulation system to the concrete deck. 7. Fully adhere a 60 mil white TPO roofing membrane over the new insulation. 8. Flash existing roof penetrations per manufacturer’s specifications. 9. Flash existing roof perimeter per manufacturer’s specifications. 10. Install new 24 ga. prefinished steel gutters and downspouts at the perimeter and counter flashing. 11. All construction is to be in accordance with the proper building code. 12. All construction shall be performed at a time and manner as to not to disturb instructional time at Chase High School. 13. The new roof shall have at least a 20 year manufacturer warranty as well as a 2 year contractor warranty. 14. All building permit fees shall be included.
