Lift Stations #23 & #24 Replacement Pump Purchase

The Wastewater Division is requesting bids to supply the following: Lift Station #23 - (1434 Bridgedale Drive Crystal Lake, IL 60014) Two (2) Flygt Model 3202 pumps (or equivalent) for sanitary sewer Lift Station #23. Installation of the new pumps will be by City Staff. Each pump shall be a 8" volute submersible pump equipped with a 460 Volt / 3 phase / 60 Hz 35 HP 1160 RPM motor, 636 impeller, 1 x 50 Ft. length of SUBCAB 3x50+2G35/2+S (2 x 0,5) submersible cable, FLS leakage detector and volute prepared with flush valve installed. Additional information: 44 amps, 249 start-up amps, forty-two (42) feet of head and 3” pump rails. All bids must meet all specifications included in this request for bid and meet or exceed the requirements of the existing Flygt model pumps as described. Lift Station #24 - (31 Crystal Ridge Drive Crystal Lake, IL 60014) Two (2) Flygt Model 3153 pumps (or equivalent) for sanitary sewer Lift Station #24. Installation of the new pumps will be by City Staff. Each pump shall be a 6" volute submersible pumps equipped with a 460 Volt / 3 phase / 60 Hz 15 HP 1755 RPM motor, 436 impeller, 1 x 50 Ft. length of SUBCAB 3x50+2G35/2+S (2 x 0,5) submersible cable, FLS leakage detector and volute prepared with flush valve installed.
