Within the mens locker room showers: remove all wall and ceiling interior finishes down to the wood framing, sound stucco, or masonry; remove all fixtures and store for reinstallation; remove floor tile to floor sheathing and replace sheathing as directed by the Engineer; renovate showers and reinstall fixtures. Within the public restrooms: the contractor shall remediate all surface mold and then thoroughly clean all surfaces; after cleaning all walls and ceilings shall be painted with mold and mildew resistant paint.
