South and West Water Tower Rehabilitation

Sealed envelopes or packages containing bids shall be marked "Sealed Bid - South & West Water Tower Rehabilitation, 23-05". Thereafter or as soon as thereafter is practicable, all bids received will be opened and the bid prices read aloud. All sealed bids or packages must be brought to the Clerk's Office on the second floor of City Hall (209 N. York Street Elmhurst, IL 60126) no later than the designated bid time provided in the bid material. The work included in the base bid shall consist of elevated water storage tank repairs, including but not limited to, spot coating repairs, spot repairs, piping and valve replacement, electrical improvements including wiring, conduit, and equipment, heater replacement, valve pit cover, and appurtenances, complete in place. WEST ELEVATED TANK 364 SCOTT ST ELMHURST, IL 60126 SOUTH ELEVATED TANK -385 E Van Buren St Elmhurst, IL 60126 The work included in the base bid shall consist of elevated water storage tank repairs, including: Rehabilitation of the south water tower, including but not limited to, elevated water storage tank repairs, spot coating repairs, tank pressure washing, spot repairs, piping replacement, altitude valve replacement & repair, electrical improvements including wiring, conduit, and equipment, heater replacement, valve pit cover, and appurtenances, complete in place. Rehabilitation of the west water tower including spot coating repairs, tank pressure washing, and altitude valve replacement, complete in place.
