Old Chimney, Gutters, Soffit & Fascia Removal

This project will need the old brick Chimney removed below the roof line. Repair any water damage or wood rot. Sheath over the existing hole, water barrier and then matching shingle patch. There will need to be a flu liner installed to basement and metal ridged pipe through the roof with rain cap. Remove all old gutters and downs and install seamless gutters with downs and tail pipes (min of 4’ discharged from foundation). Soffit and facia will need to be installed with aluminum encapsulating over the old wood. Freeze boards will also need to be encapsulated with break metal. This job will require a mechanical and building permit.
