Construction to Upgrade the Citys Existing SCADA System for Water and Wastewater Controls

The work shall consist of the construction to upgrade the City's existing SCADA system for water and wastewater controls to a non-proprietary, opensource SCADA system. Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Documents must be purchased through the website and such costs are nonrefundable.
