Pipe Patching Service

Provide all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals required to perform pipe patching for the purpose of repairing joints and offset joints, crowns, and service laterals with an ambient cure, fiberglass liner impregnated with thermosetting epoxy. Traffic control devices and design of work area will adhere to the MUTCD, NCDOT Standards, or CDOT WATCH Book based on applicable owner, and will be considered incidental and should be included in pricing of the repair. The cured in place liner will be impregnated with resin and then placed on a carrier to be inserted into the pipeline. A modern, commercial, closed circuit television camera with clear picture and 360-degree PTZ will be inserted in the line to ensure the liner is placed correctly before the bladder is inflated. The pipe patch must form a seamless repair, bonded to the host pipe with no annular space. At a minimum the repair shall extend the length of the defective pipe section plus one foot.
