| Description | Installing flooring in Pomona Building B. The Owner will be selecting and managing the Contractor for the installation of approximately 5350 Square feet of Learn and Live Carpet Tiles Or Kinetix Spree flooring or equivalent and 625 Square feet of Karndean or equivalent 15 year commercial warranty LVT with an add alternate 20 year commercial LVT option. The flooring contractor is responsible for verifying square footage measurements. There exists the possibility for some floor repair such as concrete crack filling leveling, etc. depending on the condition of the concrete after the floor tile abatement. |
